This privacy notice is issued by the HAUD Group, and applies to the processing of personal data carried out by Haud Systems AB or any of its affiliates(hereinafter referred to as “HAUD” or “we”, “us”, “our”), as a data controller. This means that for the purposes of this Privacy Notice Haud Systems AB determines what data is collected by each organisation within the group and how this data is going to be used.

HAUD Group currently consist of Haud Systems AB (incorporated in Sweden with Co. Reg. No. 559283-9509), Haud Systems Ltd. (incorporated in Malta with Co. Reg. Note that for our services, HAUD is usually in a role of a data processor. In such case, we process personal data on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions. HAUD does not review or monitor its customers compliance, therefore you should contact the relevant customer directly for information about how they process your personal data.

Who Do We Share Personal Data With?

Personal data may be shared with HAUD affiliates, consultants and service providers, strictly on a need to know basis. These companies may require access to your information to fulfil their roles but are not permitted to use your data for any purposes beyond their assigned functions; they are bound by our instructions, confidentiality duties and written agreements.

Additionally, HAUD may share or transfer personal data in specific situations such as legal compliance, justice administration, or during corporate changes like sales, mergers, or reorganizations.

Any data transfer, whether within the EU or internationally, will comply with relevant laws to protect your data adequately.

We do not use your information for profiling or automated decisions that could impact you, unless you have opted in for marketing cookies.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data?

We retain your personal information for as long as required to comply with applicable laws, to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, and support our legitimate business needs. Specifically:

  • Cookies are kept as per the durations listed in our documentation;
  • Direct Marketing Subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe, or the information becomes outdated;
  • Service Account Information is stored for at least for ten years post-service delivery to comply with tax and record-keeping legal obligations;
  • Demo and Special Offers Information provided by you will be retained to facilitate follow-ups on your requests and for record-keeping;
  • Non-Responsive or Disinterested Contacts: If you do not respond to our communications or express disinterest, we'll cease active data processing following our last interaction and archive your information for 12 months.
